Mouth watering sweets from my kitchen

Everybody loves sweets, but the problem is that when the roadside Halwai's  (sweetmaker) hygiene is in question  or the flies tasting the sweets before you had a hands on it  makes your mind to change not having the same. 

That's why I thought of preparing my favorite sweets at home and share the same on my blog.

Moong Jalebies 

 STEP 1STEP 2SERVE IT HOT !!!!


Step 1  : Soak 100 gm.  moong dal minimum 3 hours in water.

Step 2  : Grind it in a grinder with some water and make a thick paste.

Step 3  : Mix the moong paste with 2 tablespoonful of curd. Leave it for 4 - 5 hours.

Step 4  : Make sugar syrup by boiling 200 ml water and 150 gm sugar. 

Step 5  : Make a cone out of a milk packet ( Home made tool ....:)  and  pour the paste and make a small hole by cutting the tip of the cone and fry the paste in shallow oil giving the  Spiral shape of Jalebi 

Step 6  : Dip the fried Jalebies in the warm sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Serve it hot....
